24/7 Collection service
We are pleased to offer you our new service which enables you to collect your prescription from Lewis Pharmacy 24 hours a day.
This service provides you with the convenience of 24-hour collection and access to our comprehensive advice during opening hours when you need it.

Once you are registered all of your medication will go into the Medpoint robot for collection.
Please note that you will still need to collect any fridge items or controlled drugs from the pharmacy during opening hours due to storage restrictions.
Prescription timescales
Our local GP surgeries all work to different timescales. We will endeavour to dispense your prescription as quickly as possible but please allow one week from the date of your order.

Prescription home delivery
We ask you to allow a week from the date of your order. This provides time for the surgery to produce the prescription and for us to dispense and deliver it. Please note that special orders may take longer.
